How your brief and contact information are handled when you use this website or email the team.
Information you choose to send
Business enquiries currently use direct email to fernando@wizards.us. You choose which project details to include. The optional brief builder does not submit information to the website. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.
Security and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes request information for security. Email enquiries use your email service and the recipient’s email infrastructure. The website’s brief download does not trigger an email notification. No automatic marketing subscription or visitor confirmation email is added.
Local brief download
The optional brief download creates a text file on your device. Downloading it does not submit the enquiry. The page does not persist your draft in a cookie or local storage.
Analytics and retention
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate website traffic and performance measurements. Optional Google Analytics measures page views only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand which pages and traffic sources are useful. All advertising consent remains denied; no advertising pixels are installed. Page locations omit query parameters and fragments, and originating IP addresses are not sent to Google Analytics. We do not send contact fields, messages or brief contents to analytics.
Your analytics choice
Choose Essential only to decline optional Google Analytics. Privacy choices in the footer lets you change or withdraw consent. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 90 days; opting in allows Google Analytics identifiers managed through Cloudflare Zaraz. Browser storage restrictions may prevent the choice from being remembered. Essential-only visitors can use every page and contact option.
GA4 event data retention is set to two months. This setting does not determine retention of aggregated reports or hosting and email records. Analytics cannot establish whether a visitor becomes a qualified business enquiry.
Hosting and email services may retain operational records under their own service settings. The website does not claim a fixed deletion period that has not been established. Contact the team about an enquiry’s handling or deletion request.

You can email fernando@wizards.us with your project requirements. Email still uses email-service infrastructure. For privacy questions, use that address and identify the information or enquiry concerned.
